Boxes 1-25, 27-30, 32, 35-37, 39, 43, 44, 46-52, 54, 56-58, 60-62, 64, 67-128, as well as all unboxed and oversize items are stored onsite mostly in the vault at the Woodson Research Center.

Plexiglas wall plaque presented by the Hispanic Engineer National Achievement Awards Conference (HENAAC) in 1995 to Rice University. The plaque is clear with a blue stripe on one side bearing the HENAAC logo. On the clear area, there is a blue outlined gold rectangle with the inscription: "1995 Hispanic Engineer National Achievement Awards Conference VII Presents This Special Recognition To Rice University In Appreciation of Hosting and Promoting "Suuccess Through Education"."
