General

Heavy cast bronze paperweight, octangonal, bearing relief image of the Rice academic shield. The side faces are engraved with "President's Club" and "1970-1972." The shield image is distinguished by the two sides of the shield being slightly bowed inwards. The envelope in which this item is found states that it was given by Pender Turnbull, class of 1919, on Oct. 14, 1971. Item is located in an envelope identified with the above descriptions.
