1 cake plate with Rice Institute crest logo. This item appears to be a sample for approval, containing identifying marks "Bin # F-6-13" and "HO-352", dated 1/13/53, and approval (?) signatures (illegible) dated 1/13/53 and 1/17/53.

1 salad plate with Cohen House crest logo. This item appears to be a sample for approval, and contains the note "Cohen House Deck #1738 Bin F-66 Standard sample #2 pc. new standard sample", dated 12-9-81. The plate is marked with "Proo 11-19-81 SA" and "OK P Schwartz (illegible) 12-9-81.

8 commemorative dinner plates for the William Marsh Rice Society. Plates are blue, white and gold gilt and individually numbered 5, 10, 23, 40, 100, 126, 158 and 161.
