Greenwoods in Virginia

 Sub-Series — Box: 5, Folder: 3

Scope and Contents

From the Collection:

This collection consists primarily of genealogical charts, correspondence between the Andersons and distant relations, and photographs of various family members dating to the mid-nineteenth century. There are numerous printed materials, but most extensive is the detail on relationships between families, and navigating identical first/middle names can be confusing. Some family names of lesser note include Fenner, Turley, Gibson, Butler, and Wisdom. Biographical sketches are prevalent and estates are well documented. Included are records from numerous genealogists, amateur and professional among family and non-family, who have contributed to the enormous wealth of information.
