Black boards with leather title label, original wrappers printed in blue bound in with original drawing to upper and with autograph inscription by Honegger: “pour Hilde son Arthur.” Title heavily illustrated in ink by both Poulenc and Honegger and with autograph inscription to Hilde Gélis-Didot signed by Poulenc and dated “[?] Steredenn Vor 1927.” [1] (title), 2-11, [1] (blank) pp. Browned. Some offsetting to page 2 (title). Spratt 45 (p. 520).
