From the Collection:
This collection consists of course preparation materials for various German subjects Freund taught at Rice, such as Philology, Phonetics, and Literature. Much of the material is in German and came unidentified as to content. It has been rough sorted but left in the order it was received. The second part of the collection is from the Rice German Honor Society -- Delta Phi Alpha. These papers include correspondence, membership information, financial records, minutes, governmental material and other items relating to the Society.
