Abstract: The Benjamin M. Anderson Aeronautical History collection consists of a wide assortment of materials related to the history of aeronautics, including photos, artistic renderings, postcards, schematics and diagrams, publications and papers from aircraft manufacturers, clippings, calendars, scrapbooks, and 8mm movies and audio recordings.

Overview This collection contains ten boxes of material related to the history and operation of Ellington Field, also known as Ellington Air Force Base, near Houston, Texas. The majority of the records date from 1917-2007, and include historical research materials, photographs, books, microfilm, postcards, and memorabilia. The foundation of the collection was material assembled by historian Kathryn Black Morrow for the publication of a history of Ellington Field.

Overview The Noel Parrish Texas Aviation Hall of Fame 2018 awards collection offers a snapshot of the event honoring, among others, Noel Parrish for being inducted into the Texas Aviation Hall of Fame for his contributions overseeing the Tuskegee airmen at Maxwell Field.
