Rice University Glasscock School of Continuing Studies records
The collection consists of historical information about and publications of the Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies from the 1960s through 2013. The publications are about specific programs, conferences, and institutes, as well as course description brochures and course catalogues.
Rice University history newsclippings collection
This collection consists of newspaper clippings of articles and photographs concerning Rice University and its campus, faculty, students, alumni, and visitors from its opening in 1912 to the present.
Rice University Honor Council records
Records of the business of the Rice University Honor Council such as hearings and trial abstracts, as well as documentation of procedural and constitutional revisions.
Rice University Information Files
The collection includes individual files for Rice related persons (faculty, students, alumni, staff, significant visitors), events, programs, traditions, campus artworks, organizations, buildings, and subjects. The formats include newsclippings, notes, correspondence, photographs, and other materials. The contents are donated by Rice community members and/or gathered by the Woodson Research Staff, and represent one of the most heavily used portions of the University Archives.
Rice University Intramural Sports records
The collection consists of records of intramural athletic activities at Rice University from when they were first organized in 1939 through 1995. Included are documents showing the sports offered, yearly numbers of participants, of annual winners in competitions, photographs of some of the teams, and newsclippings, primarily from the campus newspaper, the Thresher.

Rice University News and Media Relations has also been known in the past as News and Publications. This office creates and manages news releases on behalf of the university. The photo and biographical files in this collection were created and manitained by that office for use in such news releases.
