Scope and Contents Barry Talbot graduated from Rice Institute in 1932. Talbot was a senior class representative of the Student Council, a member of the Junior Prom Committee, and a Rice Chronicle correspondent. He was also a member of the Thresher staff, Campanile staff, R and Quill Association, and Writing Club.
