Scope and Contents note From the Series: The models are primarily plastic commercial models most of which are still in their boxes with the original cellophane wrapping intact. However, there are a few hand-made models, including a metal World War I-era Spad. The types of aircraft represented range from models of single-engine monoplanes prior to 1914 to jets of the 1970s.
