Any copyrights remain with the copyright holder and have not been transferred to Rice University. Any personal releases were secured for the documentary only. It shall be solely up to the individual using the material to determine if personal releases are necessary prior to using any of the footage. Licensees shall indemnify Rice University, Karen Everett, and New Doc Editing for any claims brought against them arising from use of the materials.
Biographical / Historical
Barbara Marx Hubbard was an American author, public speaker, and New Age futurist. Marx Hubbard co-founded several organizations including the Foundation for Conscious Evolution, the World Future Society, and the Association for Global New Thought. On April 10th, 2019 Marx Hubbard died of natural causes in Loveland, Colorado.
Karen Everett is a documentary filmmaker and educator. She founded the company, New Doc Editing, based in San Francisco, California.
