Rice University standing committees are permanent committees that assist in the governance of the university. The standing committees in this collection include: Committee of College Masters, Committee on Committees, Committee on Community Affairs Disciplinary Advisory Committee, Committee on Interdepartmental Research Grants & Contracts, Rice University Marshals, Committee on Media Programs, Committee on Outdoor Sports, Parking Committee, Professional Advisory Committee, Committee on Publications, Committee on Residential Colleges Management, Committee on Schedules, Committee on Scholarships & Awards, Staff Advisory Committee, Committee on Student Activities, University Review Board, and Saturday Night Dance Committee.
