The Marilyn Hassid SAR Collection contains, in addition to the scrapbook, a golden anniversary yearbook, four group photos (including group shots of the “Rambler’s Club” and women from Sigma Theta Pi), and two oversize group photos of the Sigma Theta Pi Sorority members. The materials are in good condition and range in date from 1939 to 1968. Researchers interested in the community events hosted by the Houston chapter of Sigma Alpha Rho would find this collection insightful.
