Folio. Unbound. 50 leaves paginated 1-50 printed on rectos only. Stamped "1st Proof" at head of page 1.
With extensive corrections, alterations, and annotations in Stravinsky's hand in red and black ink and blue and lead pencil; note in pencil in another hand to head page 1. Corrections include some significant re-writings. Final page with "Morges 1918" added to lower right corner in red ink.
Verso of final leaf with signed note in blue pencil Stravinsky's hand dated Biarritz, February 15, 1922 requesting two copies of the second proof: "Prière corriger cette 1ère épreuve et m'envoyer 2 exemplaires de la seconde Igor Strawinsky Biarritz 15 II 22."
Preserved in a plain folder with titling in Soulima Stravinsky's hand.
