Folio. Quarter mid-tan cloth-backed patterned boards. 37ff. paginated 3-39 printed on rectos only. I: "Danse russe" pp. 3-9; II: "Chez Pétrouchka" pp. 17; III: "Shrove-Tide Fair" pp. 18-39. Movements I and II titled in Russian and French, III in Russian only.
With several corrections and annotations in Stravinsky's hand in pencil, including titling. Binding possibly made by Stravinsky.
