Folio. Original publisher's wrappers with titling in Russian and English within decorative border. 1 leaf (recto title, verso blank), 3-31, [i] (blank) pp. With publisher's advertisements verso of upper wrapper and recto and verso of lower.

With Stravinsky's autograph signature in Russian to upper outer corner of upper wrapper dated "Clarens 11-24-XII - 1912." With occasional markings in red and lead pencil, most likely in Stravinsky's hand; English text in pencil in another hand.

With plain brown paper wrapping titled "Faune et Bergère parties d'orch." in blue pencil in Stravinsky's hand.
