VHS Format.

This video is a copy of television news casts from Channel 13 and News 24 and appeared on 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. broadcasts. The video included a post-it note from B.J. Almond, director of media relations, to Terry Shepard, Rice vice president of public affairs. Bill Taylor, Rice chief of police is named on the video.
