This collection consists of materials that record the planning, preparation, and correlated activities of the 1990 Economic Summit of Industrialized Nations on the campus of Rice University. It contains the records and materials kept by Sally M. McKeag, who served as the site director for the event. These include the budget, schedules, descriptions of building modifications, the delegate packet, guidebooks, a press packet, and correspondence, as well as items as detailed as the comprehensive list of equipment needed.
