Series I includes all the working papers compiled by the inaugural committee. They are housed in four binders. The material consists of Volume I, Administration documents, such as organizational chart, committee meeting minutes and agendas, budget and expense information; Volume 2, Invitations and Delegate Information, which includes lists; Volume 3, Installation Ceremony material, such as music, speakers, scenario, etc.; Volume 4, Other Events and Medial Coverage, which includes reception, dinner and symposium material.
