The conference was probably related to the Royal Aeronautical Society, which had an Aeronautical Research Committee. One paper is titled Safety Problems on High Performance Aircraft by F. Radcliffe, and the next paper is titled Aeronautical Research and the Industry by T.M. Barlow, vice president of the Royal Aeronautical Society.
