Overview This collection consists of the schedule of the commencement ceremony, a script of the ceremony, the seating plan, the marching order of faculty participants, a rain plan, a degree listing by candidates, and committee reports, most for the 1986 ceremony.

Overview The collection consists of planning records; photographs, plaques, film, paper and digital; video DVDs, VHS cssettes, one zip disk, two floppy disks, and two micro-cassettes. The various media contain images of participants in events like Rice Associates dinners, ground breakings for new buildings, and dedication ceremonies. The VHS cassettes include several commencement ceremonies not in other collections.
